Please join us for an evening of singing in the devotional
chant style known as ̉kirtanÓ. The call and response songs, often in simple
Sanskrit, bring us deeper into the Eternal love that lies within our hearts and
surrounds all of creation. These songs still the chattering mind and through
absorption into the sounds of these ancient melodies that invoke the many
Divine names of the One, we find our way back to our heart and our core
connection to one another. The healing sound energies give us refuge, a place
of being, a place to touch and be touched by the Divine presence. No singing experience necessary. All faiths and cultures welcome. Below are two clips of Sacred Waters Kirtan
The first is a chant by Jai Uttal - "Sharanam Ganesha". It is a chant to Ganesha - the remover of obstacles.
The second chant is also by Jai Uttal- " Radharani Ki Jai It is a chant to the Divine feminine.
